Kristen Crusoe has been a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator for over 30 years, practicing in many diverse areas including psychiatric/mental health, population health, and palliative care. She has also been a Director of Nursing and Associate Dean, and in these roles, championed and guided nurses and allied healthcare providers to be their best in order to do their best for those they care for. Kristen’s interest lies in complexity science frameworks for leadership and management, which bring a holistic rather than reductionistic perspective to healthcare systems. She has experience in both acute and community/population care, serving in varied leadership roles.
As an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner, trainer, and consultant, Kristen specializes in facilitating positive change and transformation at the individual, team, and organizational levels. As a Health Coach, Kristen teaches and coaches self-care practices, including nutritional and lifestyle support for optimizing an organization’s employees’ unique strengths. Kristen is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT, and brings knowledge and skills in relaxation, mindfulness, and calming breath to her health and organizational coaching practice.
